कल 7 अगस्त को बहुजन समाज पार्टी की राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष बहन कुमारी मायावती जी का Press Conference 2 अप्रैल भारत बंद पर तथा आरक्षण SC ST कानून पर बहुजन समाज पार्टी की हुई Press Conference के जो मुख्य बिंदु हैं उनको हम लिख रहे हैं सभी साथियों से विशेष अनुरोध है कि इसे ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगों तक पहुंचाएं ।

दलितों आदिवासियों के सम्मान से जुड़ा यह महत्वपूर्ण Important कानून लोकसभा में पास हो गया है और राज्यसभा में पास होना चाहिए ।
BSP इस विधायक का स्वागत करती है हालांकि इस दौरान जो इन वर्गों का नुकसान हुआ है उसकी क्षतिपूर्ति कर पाना मुश्किल है।
इसका श्रेय उन लोगों को जाता है जिन्होंने 2 अप्रैल के भारत बंद मैं सक्रिय भूमिका निभाई जिसमें BSP समर्थक भी शामिल थे,BJP सरकार ने 2 अप्रैल के प्रदर्शनकारियों को सरकारी उत्पीड़न (Harassment) और अत्याचार का शिकार बनाया तथा जेल में बंद किया और जान भी गंवानी पड़ी ।
2 अप्रैल भारत बंद के दौरान जो SC ST के सांसद मंत्री चुप्पी साधे हुए थे वो, Political स्वार्थ के चलते घड़ियाली आंसू बहा रहे हैं इन राजनीतिक लोगों द्वारा 9 अप्रैल का भारत बंद मजबूरी में उठाया हुआ कदम है , गिरगिट की तरह रंग बदलने वाले ऐसे स्वार्थी लोगों से बहुजन समाज Bahujan Samaj को सावधान रहने की जरूरत है ।
पिछड़ा वर्ग आयोग को लेकर संवैधानिक दर्जा दिए जाने पर BSP स्वागत करती है लेकिन यह कदम कोरा कागज जी दिखावटी और चुनावी स्वार्थ से भरा नहीं होना चाहिए ।
SC ST OBC के शिक्षा और नौकरी संबंधी संवैधानिक अधिकारों के मामले में भाजपा की सरकारें ईमानदारी नहीं बरतने वाली हैं ।
भाजपा की विद्वेषपूर्ण Malicious निरंकुश और अहंकारी सरकार का sc st मामले से झुकना और मजबूर होना कोई मामूली घटनाक्रम नहीं है ।
भारत बंद संघर्ष Straggler के बाद मिली कानूनी सफलता भविष्य की राजनीति के लिए महत्वपूर्ण मायने रखती हैं ।
2 अप्रैल के प्रदर्शनकारी पर BJP द्वारा बदले की कार्यवाही के तहत गैंगस्टर एक्ट लगने पर BSP कड़े शब्दों में निंदा करती है ।
SC ST कानून पर केंद्र की तत्परता के पीछे मध्य प्रदेश राजस्थान के चलते राजनीतिक Important और चुनावी स्वार्थ है ।
